REFUND POLICY

At Valor Studios, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we offer a refund policy to address your concerns.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Time Frame: Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags attached.


2. Non-Refundable Items

Customized Products: Personalized or custom-made items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.


3. Process for Refunds

Request a Refund: To initiate a refund, please contact us at jungmin.yoon@valorschool.org with your order number and reason for the return.
Refund Approval: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Processing Time: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

 

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at jungmin.yoon@valorschool.org with details and photos of the defect. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.


5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at jungmin.yoon@valorschool.org. Exchanges are subject to product availability and must be made within the 30-day return window.
